RICH PRODUCTS VIETNAM OPENS NEW OFFICE IN HO CHI MINH CITY
With the inauguration of its new office at The Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Rich Products Vietnam aims to provide a better customer experience and continue delivering comprehensive food solutions to the market, maintaining its pioneering position as a leader.
On January 19, 2024, Rich Products Vietnam solemnly organized the opening ceremony of its new office at The Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. The opening of Rich’s office in Ho Chi Minh City also marks a milestone, celebrating three decades of accompanying and contributing to the culinary essence of Vietnam by Rich Products – a group with nearly 80 years of experience in providing comprehensive food solutions worldwide, present in over 100 countries.
The ceremony was attended by leadership representatives from the Rich Products Group: Mr. Richard Ferranti, Global CEO of Rich Products; Mr. Jeff Kim, Chairman and CEO of Global Market Operations; Mr. Chan Wai Chiew (Eddy Chan), President of Rich Products South East Asia & Australia; Mr. Vu Thai Son, General Director of Rich Products Vietnam; Mr. Nguyen Trong Le, Director of Rich Products Vietnam Factory; and Mr. Tsai Chia Tse, Representative of The Flemington Tower Investor, Pau Jar Group.
The opening ceremony also witnessed the participation of our esteemed Customers and Partners, including representatives from Delifoods Distributor, STC, Nhat Nam, Vu Phuc, Givral Cake Joint Stock Company, Katinat Coffee & Tea House, Hong Tra Ngo Gia, Chú Long Salt Coffee, NSB Architecture Interior, PWater, and more. Their presence added to the significance of the event, highlighting the collaborative and supportive relationships that contribute to the success of Rich Products Vietnam in the market.
Rich Products Vietnam’s new office enjoys a prime location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The Customer Care Center on the 2nd floor is elegantly designed and modern, divided into three main areas: the Bakery, the Kitchen, and the Beverage Counter, equipped with a sophisticated machinery system, spacious layout, suitable for large-scale workshops and seminars. The office on the 9th floor provides a dynamic and open workspace, facilitating convenient collaboration among colleagues. The Creative Zone – a creative image studio – is also invested in with advanced machinery, intelligent design, flexibility, providing effective support for the creation of digital materials. The expanded Rich’s Mall in Ho Chi Minh City features a large area, conveniently located with a system of high-quality refrigerators and freezers, expected to better meet the needs of online customers.
During the ceremony, Mr. Richard Ferranti, CEO of Rich Products Global, shared his positive impressions of the energetic and innovative spirit of the Rich’s Vietnam team. He expressed gratitude to customers, leadership, and all colleagues for achieving impressive business results in the past year and conveyed confidence in the future development of the Vietnamese FnB market. Following the opening ceremony was a unique and impressive culinary performance by the technical team of Rich Products Vietnam, including an artistic cake demonstration by Mr. Thân Thành Long – Director of Advanced Technical, a mixology showcase by Ms. Bích Thủy – Deputy Director of Technical, and a European dish presentation by Ms. Trịnh Mỹ Chi – Technical Specialist. Guests enjoyed Flair Bartending artistry and a delightful dessert party prepared by experts from Rich’s Vietnam.
