On December 4, 2025, Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) officially launched the Le Dai Hanh Branch, marking a new milestone in its strategy to expand the network and enhance customer service quality in Ho Chi Minh City.
The establishment of the Le Dai Hanh Branch is part of VPBank’s 2025 system development plan, implemented after the bank completed all legal procedures as required by the State Bank of Vietnam. Specifically, the network development policy was approved under Resolution No. 65/2025/NQ-HĐQT issued on March 21, 2025. Subsequently, VPBank received Document No. 5503/NHNN-QLGS dated June 30, 2025, from the State Bank of Vietnam approving the establishment of the domestic branch, and Document No. 5755/KV2-GS2 dated October 27, 2025, from the State Bank of Vietnam – Region 2 Branch allowing the adjustment of the Le Dai Hanh Branch’s location.
The new branch is located at Room B1-04, 05 and B1-06, 07, Floor 1, Block 2, No. 184 Le Dai Hanh Street, Phu Tho Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a high-density area with developed infrastructure and proximity to many commercial and service centers, considered a favorable location for banking transactions. VPBank expects the Le Dai Hanh Branch to become a modern transaction point, effectively meeting the growing banking and financial needs of residents and businesses in the area.
Serving as VPBank’s legal representative unit in the area, the Le Dai Hanh Branch is fully equipped with its own seal and balance sheet, operating under a dependent accounting model. The branch implements comprehensive banking operations as regulated, including capital mobilization, credit, payments, digital banking, along with various financial products and solutions for individual and corporate clients.
A representative from VPBank stated that the launch of the Le Dai Hanh Branch not only contributes to expanding brand coverage in Ho Chi Minh City but also helps alleviate the load on existing transaction points while enhancing customer experience and access to financial services. The branch has been synchronously invested with modern facilities, operational processes, and a team of experienced, highly professional staff.
The opening ceremony of the Le Dai Hanh Branch continues to affirm VPBank’s commitment to accompanying the business community, promoting consumer finance, and actively contributing to local socio-economic development. On this occasion, VPBank also announced it will implement several incentive programs specifically for customers transacting at the new branch during its initial phase of operation.
