Swimming is an ideal and safe method to stimulate and develop your baby’s sense of touch from their early days!
💦 When babies swim, the “positive strokes” of the water help to enhance their sense of touch, which in turn supports brain and emotional development.
Gentle massages after swimming not only help your baby relax but also enrich their tactile experiences. This improves sleep, aids digestion, and keeps them healthy and happy. 🥰
At BB Wellness, your little one will have the opportunity to enjoy fun moments and explore safe swimming activities, especially designed to stimulate their senses from an early age.
Your baby will enjoy a 45-MINUTE 5-STAR HYDROTHERAPY SWIMMING EXPERIENCE at BB Wellness, including:
💦 5 minutes to get familiar, warm up, and wear the appropriate float for your baby
💦 The next 20 minutes: Hydrotherapy swimming under the guidance of a therapist (in water filtered through a 6-step process) following 5 main activities:
Floating and balancing in water
Diving to help control breathing
Moving and rotating
Joyful pool entry
Holding the pool bar and safely exiting the pool
💦 The last 15-20 minutes: Your baby will receive a traditional massage to relax their muscles after the fun swim, relieve gas, and support digestion.
