24/12/2024 - The 5th PRUVenture Office Officially Opens
The 5th PRUVenture office of Prudential Vietnam has officially opened. Covering an area of over 1,000m², it serves as the workplace for more than 200 full-time financial planning specialists.
Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (Prudential) has officially inaugurated its 5th PRUVenture office, located on the 5th floor of Flemington Tower (182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City).
This new office spans over 1,000m², offering a modern workspace with flexible designs for multi-functional use, from business activities and team meetings to customer engagement events.
Additional professional and creative workspace
Prudential stated that expanding the PRUVenture office network in key areas of Ho Chi Minh City and other major cities across Vietnam is part of the company’s efforts to enhance customer touchpoints in urban areas. It also aims to provide a professional and innovative working environment for its employees.
The opening of this new office is also a step towards completing the new-generation customer care center model that the company has been expanding in major cities over the years.
Located in the heart of the city’s southwest, connecting nearby areas such as Districts 10, 11, 5, 6, and Tan Phu, the new PRUVenture office promises to be an ideal destination for Prudential’s customers in the area, enabling them to exchange information, explore, and fully meet their insurance needs.
Ms. Mandy Tran, Deputy General Director of Agency Business at Prudential Vietnam, shared: “As a pioneering enterprise, Prudential has always focused on building a team of talented financial advisors and planners throughout its 25 years in Vietnam.”
Thus, investing in office development aligns with its strategy to grow the agency channel in both scale and quality. “The new office not only provides a modern workspace but also serves as a place for advisors to continue building and embodying Prudential’s customer-centric culture,” Mandy Tran emphasized.
Expected to be a launchpad for young talents in the insurance sector
According to Prudential, the PRUVenture channel is expected to serve as a launchpad for young professionals entering the insurance sector, helping them build careers as financial and insurance experts and outstanding managers.
In addition to rapid growth in numbers, the channel has developed a team of internationally recognized advisors. By December 2024, Prudential recorded 1,522 MDRT members, of which PRUVenture successfully trained 205 MDRTs, and currently has 242 early MDRT qualifiers, contributing to making the company the No. 1 in Vietnam and 12th globally in terms of MDRT numbers.
A highlight of the new PRUVenture office is the concentric knot design prominently featured in the office’s main lobby. Inspired by local culture, this symbol not only creates a sense of familiarity for financial planning specialists and customers in the area but also represents the spirit of connection and harmony within the team and the long-term commitment to customers.
