On our journey to seek out ingredients and products that demonstrate a close connection from Earth to People, we are delighted to introduce our new partner – Terada Honke, a brewery with over 350 years of history located in Chiba, Japan.
We are pleased to present you with the first sake that became the forerunner of Terada Honke: Gonin Musume Junmaishu. They use self-grown organic rice fields without pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Additionally, all rice used in production is washed by hand without the use of machines. They employ the ancient traditional manual brewing method called “Kimoto”, which utilizes natural microorganisms found in the air to create natural yeast. This natural productive chain conveys the “Oneness” connection of Earth to Nature, and Nature to People, which we always aim for.
This fine sake boasts an original “amber” color blended with a deep umami essence of brewed rice and a lively fruity aftertaste that promises to stimulate your palate with every sip.
🍾 Enjoy and savor the pure flavors derived from ingredients nurtured by Mother Earth, crafted by human hands. This exquisite sake is now available at the following 13 branches:
• Ho Chi Minh City: Pizza 4P’s Le Thanh Ton, Ben Thanh, Saigon Center, Hai Ba Trung, Saigon Pearl, Xuan Thuy, Phu My Hung (Cobi Tower) and Pizza 4P’s Sheraton Nha Trang
• Hanoi: Pizza 4P’s Trang Tien, Bao Khanh and Phan Ke Binh
• Da Nang: Pizza 4P’s Hoang Van Thu, Indochina Da Nang
