📖Even before birth, your little one experienced swimming in a liquid environment. Swimming is one of the most delicate activities that a baby’s brain remembers from their early days.
When exposed to water and swimming early on, your baby will become accustomed to body movements and explore many new sensations from the water’s touch. This lays the foundation for the robust development of sensory and motor areas of your baby’s brain.
🔍Moreover, developing motor functions will help your baby breathe more deeply and evenly, enhancing pronunciation, communication, and language development.
At BB Wellness, your baby will experience a 45-minute swimming and massage program:
💦 First 5 minutes: Introduction, warm-up, and fitting the suitable float for the baby.
💦 The next 20 minutes: Aquatic therapy under the guidance of the Therapist (with 6-layer filtered water) with 5 groups of movements:
Floating balance in water
Diving to help the baby master breathing
Movement, displacement, and body rotation
Joyful water activities
Grasping the pool bar, exiting the pool safely
💦 The remaining 20 minutes: Traditional neck massage to help balance body temperature, promote blood circulation, support digestion. Afterward, the baby will have rest time, enjoy nutritious cakes, or have some milk.
